Another Yonder home run, I think he is going to be a solid addition to the line up this year to be honest.

Dude, it is February 27th.

Ump is blind...definitely didnt leave early. Like, replay clearly showed Yolmer was watching the ball and left like a full second after it was caught. How the hell do you blow that...sometimes i wonder how these umps make it to the majors.

This game is now a debacle.

1-4-1.

Oh, well.

We have so many young/promising relievers, one of them has to be our next Fry by the process of elimination.

Now whether Fry can repeat is another question altogether.

Jimenez making it look easy for the Sox to say he isn't ready. He's looked awful the last couple of games.

Great, now the announcers are diagnosing something different with Jimenez’s heel placement.

Looked pretty terrible that at-bat.  Just out of sync.

Our biggest thread after Harper signs will be fans hoping to keep Jimenez down all year so we can challenge the 1.2 million mark in attendance...fun times.

Pulling off the ball. I’m not worried as he started off slow last season in the minors.

Yep two very stupid opinions combined into an even stupider one.  There’s plenty to be pissed about the Sox, but people making up idiotic, unrealistic viewpoints only deteriorates the site even more.

Lol it's two games.

I'm not worried because its uh... February. Jeeze Sox fans. Its baseball.

Not sure which is worse, Danny Mendick hype for five minutes...or hearing how Renteria is going to be more of a hard ass and they’re finally going to focus on winning more at the minor league level.

No Rich King, Jim Leyland was not the White Sox skipper....although he should have been.

It wouldn’t be the worst thing if Eloy bats .250 for a couple weeks, and they send him to minor league camp around March 12-15. It’s not like the Sox are short on outfielders with big league experience that are getting ready for the 28th.

Hey, TB and Oakland were supposed to be terrible the last couple of years so the White Sox can theoretically follow the same path...in 2019, or ‘20 or ‘21.

Zack Collins with a base hit to the opposite side, RBI.

And? I am not saying that just because he has hit 2 home runs the last two games.

Wilson Betemit and Ryan Sweeney.  Adam Engel in AFL.

Irrelevant or small sample sizes.

But enough about Fernando Tatis...

I'm not worried either. However, it does give the excuse to send him to the minors as opposed to him having an OPS of .900 and the Sox saying he isn't ready.

Still gives the Sox a good excuse.

That homer he hit yesterday...just looked like a line out to SS....then it just kept carrying and carrying.  It’s AZ, obviously, but that might be the lowest peak height homer I’ve seen in a long time.

2553 attendance...roughly the same as Sunday’s game.

The only thing worse than people who have excitement over spring training games, is the people who feel it is their job to yell at people for getting excited over spring training games.

But yelling at them collectively isn't bad?

Sounds like a failed ban bet to me.

Is there any way some cool person on this board could start a thread every day linking to video highlights of our ST games? It would be neat to see the highlights daily.
