Thwt would require Ricky to actually give guys the green light. It's still baffles me why a guy like Moncada for example still has 0 with how frequent he's been on base. Same with the lack of double steals with speed guys on base to avoid the double play.

I agree with this guy. Heblows Kmenez hasn't even proven to be an average major leaguer yet.
