I know this is going to sound kind of goofy but I was at the game today and lost my wallet in the parking lot. I got a call from the White Sox in the 9 th inning informing me they had it. Nothing miss

1st baserunner and we want to be the 1st to predict doom ? You are so much fun.

Are you watching the game?  He’s done it several times already.

3 walks.

1-0 Mariners.

Two times now Mallex Smith has walked on a pitch in the zone

Gio was getting squeezed there.

Yeah Giolito is getting squeezed a bit.

I hate Haniger which mean I wish we had him.

giolito is a fking headcase, so inconsistent

Playing with fire when you walk batters and eventually get burned

Just once I'd like to see one of Gio or Lopez not completely fall apart mid inning.

This dude cannot repeat his delivery.  Still falling off.  I don’t get it.

In fairness to the umpire I wouldn't have thought twice about ball 4 in the second AB if it weren't for how bad the call on ball 4 was on Smith's first time up

Haniger should not be fooled with.

Smith should have never been on so kind of a gift run there

And really struggles from the stretch. This has been a step back from his first start.

@Jack Parkman if Gio blows up I want answers!

Thank god Jose caught that instead of booting it into RF.

Those 0-2/1-2 high fastballs that are accidentally thrown down the middle have a habit of getting hit very hard. Had some good luck on that one

Good job by Gio to manage the damages.  Now go get em.

Ump just isn't giving that part of the zone... on both sides (Leury should've K'd too)

He has given up 1 (one) run through 3 IP. And you could argue that 2 walks were courtesy of the ump bing blind.

Harper is right, he's flying open again. You can tell when he throws a fastball if he's doing it right or not by the velocity. 90-92 he's flying open, if it is mid 90s he's delivering properly. The flying open again is concerning. I was hoping he wouldn't do that this year.

Agreed.  This guy could be an ace or at least a really good #2 starter if he could solve these delivery problems but they don’t seem to go away.

Good ABs by Yolmer and Leury, lol.

Unfortunately this is starting to look like the Sox won't score any runs until they get into the bullpen.

Hope im wrong.

Leake getting away with absolutemeatballs.

Indeed.  His strategy is to throw junk all around the zone and then throw 88 mph meat right over the plate when he is forced to.
