I love Yolmer bunting there. He makes outs really really well

That is why you bunt. Stop hating on it. It worked perfectly there and was executed just as planned.

They kept hanging that pitch to Cordell, was just a matter of time

Cordell better cool down the celebrating or he’ll end up taking a fastball sandwich to the face later tonight.

No, not really. I would hope they sign a decent RF next year and Robert comes up on 4/15.

Cordell has been a pro for the Hose. Not flashy but all-round competent. He is worthy of a roster spot.

Moncada just doesn't pick up Perez.

Situations like this is why having Delmonico bat second is so goddamn stupid

He just missed that

So glad we had Delmonico batting 2nd and staying in the game against a LHP

The most astonishing thing is that the same brain that came up with this lineup for L-R bullshit reasons just went ahead and let a AAAA left handed batter face a left handed trickball pitcher with literally one of the hottest right handed batters in baseball on his fucking bench

what a fucking lunatic

I said "somewhat." By no means does Cordell starting on an ideally-contending team make a lick of sense, but I think he's a good 4th or 5th OF.

A few years ago I would've thought Kipnis was going to be a really good player for a lot of years to come. What happened to this guy?

Nice play by Yoan...he would have thrown that away a month ago

Bummer > Fry

Good thing NBC has Jon Jay telling us that we're watching White Sox baseball. I hope that bum never plays an out for this organization, and he can take Alonso to a triple-A team with him.

Feel exactly the same way

I guess Leury has a thumb issue?

Abreu just missed that...damn wind.

Everyone including the pitcher thought that was gone off the bat.

Yonder gettin screwed by his BABIP doesn’t matter when teams know he hits it to exactly three locations on the right side of the infield 99% of the time

it doesn’t matter how hard he hits them to him, Jason and Steve

Alonso is useless.

Lol the ball guy
