Only so much you can preach. If the player isn't taking pitches, it's kind of on them.

Manfred should issue the intentional strikeout bc of guys like Reed. Dugout just signals this dude will put up a worthless AB and save us the time.

Reed's numbers in one less PA are almost identical to Collins (minus 4 more hits and 3 less walks). And Collins had much more sporadic ABs.

Reed is an embarrassment. He has no business being in the majors.

white sox hitters consistently have a terrible approach to organizing their strike zones.
