    Mendick and his $500K salary is going to save us a lot of money to spend elsewhere over Yolmer’s $5 to $6 million salary.  I love it.

    I think I’m okay with an Engel / Cordell competition as 4th OF but they better make some serious acquisitions at RF and C or DH.

    Cole wins his 17th and his ERA is down to 2.62.  He is pulling a Castellanos.  We have no shot at either guy.

    They have a shot at Castellanos (even though they seem locked in on a lefty hitter).  They never had a prayer to get Cole.
