Yoan watches strike 3...

Offense needs to step.up today. That was a shitty AB by Moncada.

that was a very hittable pitch.

Our three young core pieces are all struggling simultaneously.

Need one to get hot again. or one of the veterans to step up.

Jimenez 0 for his last 11, only hit was running into that net and getting snared by the Kraken.

0/12 now.

I just came here to post that.

two shitty at bats to start.

Eloy hard hit grounder to 3rd.  At least he saw a few pitches.

Plesac with great command again...

Great.

They can't hit guys who throw strikes and hit their spots.

Moncada's numbers suck at leadoff. He struggles there. He's much more comfortable at 2 or 3.

This. Moncada himself said he does not like leading off. That's one of my biggest gripes with Renteria. Obviously guys will do what's best for the team, but listen to your guys.

Hopefully the pressure of his dad staring at him all game with that judgy smile shatters Plesac’s confidence.

Jack, YOU MUST CHILL.  You will have a heart attack at this pace.   Just enjoy the game, hard to expect to win with an "opener" and all the injuries we've experienced.   Try to be pleasantly surprised instead of expecting too much.   Look forward to Biebs/Giolito on ESPN tmrw night.

Sox go quickly 123...

Jose, Mr. Clutch!

Edited by Yearnin' for Yermin

Woof, ugly swings by Abreu. Let’s see if the hitters make an adjustment for once and attack the fastball.

Cy Foster vs. Cy Plesac should be a fun one!

Jose refuses to take a walk. He cannot continue to bat 3rd

Well, in the end, it won't matter with Anderson back on Monday or Tuesday...maybe try Leury tmrw?   Or Mendick?

It's such a joke. Ricky won't move him from that spot.

Can we retroactively sneak an Alonso plate appearance clause into Abreu's deal?

Guess players with contracts like that, would have to be pro-rated to 60/162 games?

Jose just sucks. He will be wildly overpaid during this contact

So the rook doesn’t get the same zone???

White Sox pitching has shut out the Indians for 23 consecutive innings.

(Kiss of death, lol.)

I'm tired of facing guys who rarely make a mistake. They've faced starting pitchers with as good of command as you can get all week. It's annoying and frustrating.
