Cease's wildness reminds me more of 2018 Giolito than 2019 ReyLo. ReyLo would miss every pitch by 6 inches, whereas Gio and Cease seem to to have half their pitches hit their spots and half miss by 2 feet. Just like Gio, Cease's battle is finding repeatability, either through practice or tweaking his mechanics
