Some of the worst luck I've seen.

Grandal-esque.

It's just insane to me that he can have such a high BABIP and be considered unlucky.

He is stunting AV growth.  He comes up to bat in the playoffs he needs the experience of what pitchers like to do to get him out.  Sitting 5 our of 7 days just so Leury can get AB's is asinine and stu

Cesar Hernandez is way way way better than Leury Garcia. Whatever idiot said they're pretty similar should ban himself.

That would be fine if that is what Tony was doing across the roster. Yoan, with an injured shoulder, hasn’t had an inning off since July 9th. Tim hasn’t had a non DH day off since late May.

There was an article on MLB.com about this exact topic earlier in the season. Apparently, Moncada's secret sauce to high BABIPing is avoiding weak contact at a higher clip than any hitter in baseball

I think it's safe to say TA can pull the ball again

Cesar with some shit luck on his BIP today

Maybe this should be in FutureSox only, but Wes Kath hit his 1st career HR tonight

We hit some rockets that inning. Everything had an xBA over .500.

They really need to think about Eloy 3rd. Just too many DPs for Abreu worries me in the playoffs when runs are at a premium

It helps he is getting the ball up in the air.

Eloy hits his a lot of grounders too, like almost half of his balls in play are grounders over this career. We're just a very ground ball oriented team.

Whatever adjustment he made worked.

OK, now it is starting to suck, that the mofo Arraez got that 'hit'.

We need to hit and run with Abreu whenever possible. His double play rate is insane, which is a rally killer.

No rest for Gio? Shoulda thrown Ruiz in to finish it out

There goes the shutout.

90 pitches in with only one hit? Keep him in. After the Sano HR? I think take him out.

Jeffers is probably his last batter.

He also barely missed a concourse HR to RF in his first PA that ended as a walk

Great bounce back start from Gio after that disaster last week against KC.

Great finish from Gio. Definitely been a trend for him when he finds his stuff as the game progresses

If that's it for Lucas, his ERA is down to 3.81. 24th in fWAR amongst SPs.

Where do you find a live leaderboard for fWAR?
