AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX WINNER!!!

Sox win the series and the season series against the soon to be former Racial Stereotypes.

.500 on the road trip!

Beating racism is great.  The White Sox just defeated racism.

So much for the dreaded end-of-season, five game series that was going to close the gap.  Always nice to win a road series, even when it doesn’t matter at all.  Gio is looking very good.

Nice win by the Sox, Dallas on the bump tomorrow afternoon.

Regime and Name change begins at home.

It’s so fun every time Billy gets on base especially when it’s ahead of TA, just seems like an automatic run.

Good to see a win without depending on a home run. Kopech still needs to learn how to pitch.

No team in the playoffs is going to go too far without some clutch HR games. I'd rather see our guys start hitting them than string together a few singles to eek out runs.

The fact is that in today's baseball in the playoffs it's likely somewhere from 45-50% of runs will be scored by HR's. As you can see from the lists the majority of playoff teams hit a lot of HR's. Since the Sox are among the leaders in team OBP  (3rd) and team average (5th) it's the lack of HR's that makes us more likely to lose. The Sox are also 5 least likely team to hit into a DP in case you were thinking the Sox waste a lot of runners by hitting into more DP's than other teams.

You especially have to hit HR's against the starting pitcher. Bomb him out of the game with a big 3 run HR before the other team manager start playing match up with his pen.

With how bad we are at getting guys home from third, home runs would help alleviate a lot of those issues.

Only 3 games behind Hou and they have to play the Ray's this week..

When I saw they have lost 4 in a row, wish we would have swept Cleveland

I never saw Hamilton's steal of home. Was it a straight steal?

Anderson was stealing 2nd, got himself in a rundown, and then Billy raced home.
