  • You're assuming they will be a contender at the deadline.  They might be sellers, not buyers.

    They needed both

  • At this point I’m just hoping for clean innings from Gio. I know he needs the reps just wish we could bubble wrap him at this point.

Bone bruise.  As long as he doesn't dive on it, he will be fine.

Our luck he'll get hit with a pitch right in that spot.

Tough when it's his right hip. But knowing the Sox luck recently a RHP will throw a weird screwball and circle around to hit him there.

Supposedly he has been running and hitting on back Fields for a few days.

Flip Vaughn and Harrison and it’s perfect.

I have a feeling this is going to annoy for a good part of the season.

Vaughn will move up. They are just working him back into the lineup.

Yeah, don’t quite understand how Vaughn bats below him but it seems to be a trend where he’s at

He was batting below Harrison before the injury though

That would be surprising.  TLR impresses me as a guy whonwould want speedier guys at 9.

I would have thought the same, but he was consistently batting Harrison 7th before the Pollock trade.

123 1st for Gio

Insert an opening day weather report here…

Friday in Detroit looks rainy in the 40s. The other two days look dry for now.

Home opener has an improvement in temps coming. Mid 60s.
