    Id keep him right where he is. The mirage will fade. Fine sprinkling him into higher leverage spots earlier in games or if others are unavailable but I’m not giving him Bummers role just yet.

    Honestly, I would keep him where he is for now, continuing to build up confidence.  He is a 30 year old rookie, so I am not sure you should put him in a higher leverage position.  That being said, he is one of the few bright spots in this early season, along with Cease, Kopech and Vaughn.

    Thinking other options . . . Can he play multiple infield and outfield positions? Bat .040 anywhere from 2nd to 9th in the order?
