Pretty excited to say I'm going to the game today unless the plane crashes or United pulls their typical delay tactics. We've pulled away from the gate and the engines appear to be getting revved up t

  • For the record, I still hate the 10th inning rule regardless if we win this game or not.

Sousa with a good inning

Great inning for Sousa. He's been a revelation this year as a rookie.

Well, Sousa definitely did his job.

Funny thing is, Yermin would be more fun to watch at the plate, than Sheets at DH, but sadly, the ole 'unwritten rules of baseball' will assure we never see him again.

Nobody except for minor league diehards expected much of anything out of him or Banks.

Persistence paid off.

Burger needs to go too. Really need Moncada and Vaughn back.

Easily ball 4 but Burger chased it.  Just fire Menechino already

Some very pathetic at bats from the south siders today. Lift, pull ... swing miss.

Nice hit tho, Leury.

No walks when Pivetta leading the world in them.

Engel just not an everyday player.

I think you run with Leury here. If he's out TA leads off the 8th.

Something has to be done with this roster. Too many guys who can't work a count and just get on base. Burger, Sheets and Grandal are bringing nothing.

Timmy needs to bash his third hit.

Good call.

Garcia a mess

Lotta foul balls during the lift and pull era. Just sayin.

Agreed, the offense is showing no signs of picking up and we can’t afford to keep putting so much stress on the pitching.

This is one of the worst hitting performances against in the zone fastballs I’ve seen from the Sox.

Just can't get a hit with RISP

0/6 with RISP.

Anderson leading the entire majors with a .322 average since the beginning of the 2019 season.

Doesn't look like they're gonna score today

This team seems to always struggle to hit in a day game after night game.
