Well, this might be the first game JV loses against the Sox since 2014.

On another note I hope the Sox continue to hit the opposite field the rest of the season.

Grandal, Eloy and Moncada should be taking notes...

That’s definitely Eloy’s natural power stroke already.

  • Nailed it, idiot

  • Give it up for Johnny. 7 shutout innings of 2 hit ball.

  • Luckily Super Joe didn't choose to have Zavala get thrown out by a mile and kept the bases loaded for Robert to start the scoring.

As long as he's hitting it out, that's fine. But when you get horrible slumps with Grandal and Moncada, they have to change the approach. Looking the other way seems to work more often than not...

That’s not tough to do when you’re with Kate Upton, but he prefers being the Tom Brady of MLB.  Hard to blame him.

3093 strikeouts ties him for 16th all-time with CC Sabathia.

Well Brady has a very similar wife....she is also quite wealthy just like Upton.

That was a nice slider...

Verlander struggles when slider sweeps instead of breaks straight down.  Got Mendick with it.

Pitch count already in mid 70’s…Phil Maton warming up.

Gisele Bundchen the richest supermodel in history, fwiw.

Next up for Verlander on the all time K list is the poster boy for free speech and wasted MA taxpayer dollars Curt Schilling.

Someone gone broke

Who is this team and what have they done with the White Sox????

Now it's on Cueto and the bullpen. This game is far from over. Houston offense can come back in a heartbeat. Don't let up!

This matchup seems so one sided that something weird absolutely must happen. Either a white Sox blowout or like both pitchers throwing 8 shutout innings, because baseball is never that predictable.

Are you a wizard??

These are not the droids we are looking for.

Robert already with four RBI’s, Verlander TKO’ed in the fourth…with no Grandal, TA7, Moncada, Jimenez involved.
