6/27- Sox @ Angels, 8:38

Moniak's stats are insane. Coming into tonight 3bb 31K in 96ab. He has 32 hits in 65 non-K at-bats, almost a .500 BABIP. I hear regression rumbling down the tracks.

  • The unwillingness to bat him 9 until he figures it out is insane.

TA batting second at his current level of production tells us everything we need to know about Grifol as a manager.

  • Glad TA is hitting 2nd again. The last thing you'd want is someone on base distracting Robert while he was trying to hit.

Basically gonna lose entirely because of Ohtani on both sides of the ball

I'd walk Ohtani every freaking time

Bonds Steroids Era treatment... except Trout is right behind him.

Ohtani kills us yet we don’t make adjustments and continue to throw to him ugh

Ward and Walsh started out super hot last year for Angels too.

Then there's the ongoing mystery of Jo Adell.

Ofc the Braves are continuing to beat up on the Twins.

Touki better start loosening up.

31 pitch first inning, looks like another 4 inning start for Kopech.

Kopech just seems mentally beaten up and the physical isn't far behind.

Somehow escaped the inning but already with another high pitch count.

Like many Sox, seems almost like he doesn't want to be out there on the field by his body language.

A little of that Jon Garland aloofness.

Yaz is worthless at this point

So glad Grandal gone soon, a huge negative effect on team at worst times.

F U Grandal

I will be happy to see the end of the Grandal era.

How many times can Beckham keep saying professional at bat?

Ohtani heading for another 10+ strikeout performance...wonder if the Sox sunk $500-600 million into him if attendance would even reach 27,500 with another 88-92 loss team?

Why not let Remillard play tonight instead of Burger?  Must have required too much thought by Grifol.

My fault for thinking they may be able to turn a lead off double into a run.

Kopech’s command is just so bad

This isn't fair.  This team is so unprepared to bat each night.

Kopech should piggy back off Banks after Clevenger is back.

Kopech is way way short with his stuff tonight.

Never seen him at 93-94 in the second inning b4.

He was off the bag.  Originally safe.

Brilliant analysis...Gordo.

Grandal’s WAR is going to explode

Burger has zero chance of hitting Ohtani....understanding that is beyond easy. Although no chance Elvis or Anderson do anything.

Kopech has topped out for the season.

Trade Grandal now after he just dramatically raised his CS rate lol.

95 right down the plate.  Bunch of idiots…and Kopech throwing 93-95 is so depressing

Kopech didn’t get the memo to not let Ohtani beat us.
