Seby, Boston, Burger with brain farts.  Nobody paying attention on that unnecessary throw to first.

  • The unwillingness to bat him 9 until he figures it out is insane.

TA batting second at his current level of production tells us everything we need to know about Grifol as a manager.

  • Glad TA is hitting 2nd again. The last thing you'd want is someone on base distracting Robert while he was trying to hit.

They Suck??

Twins lost, Cleveland beat KC. Entire division back under .500. Guards only a half game out.

That’s why we can still win this division. Of course we need some offensive support

Megatron?

I have fairly big hands for  a short guy, can palm a basketball and never had any problem slinging  a baseball 80 mph from the OF into home in my athletic prime, but imagine doing this and having it called a "drop":

Dude was literally dropping the ball like you or I would drop a ping pong ball and was penalized. Calvin was also a talented HS baseball player, and would have went in the top 5 round of the draft had he come out. There is video of him hitting easy wood bat HR at Comerica during batting practice when he was with the Lions. An incredible athlete. He's up there for me with Woodson, Frank and a few others as the best I have ever seen in person.

If Zavala bats before Seby Grifol will further prove he needs to be relieved of his duties.

I feel sorry for Pedro. He's overmatched. Sad. At least he makes good bank.

Burger has to be ready at all times. Zavala was looking over there for a bit. Still love me some Burger but cmon, watch your catcher.

And why didn’t Boston yell atBurger?

Seby bats before Remillard was what I meant.  I'm only watching still to see Andersons at bat.

The Angels announcers are laughing at Grifol. "Last night he took out his good defensive catcher in a tie game when you need D..... tonight they take Sheets and Grandal out when they're down.......huh?!?"

Last night was more brutal, bringing Grandal to catch in a tied game in the bottom of the night, with Bummer pitching.  Not a good idea.  Tonight Sheets is a home run threat and we are down three…..?

ILTA

Anderson grabbing left hammy.

Great ABs there.  Oh well never really had a chance tonight.  2-5 road trip seems about right.

This team has NO fight to it

There out to be a mercy rule - If Sox are more than 2 runs behind, game over.

And probably still only 6 games out

Meh…at least the Hawks draft Bedard tomorrow

Pity IL at this point.

6 games might as well be 18 for this team

TA is just going through the motions. He is becoming an automatic out.  Move him out of second spot.  Looks like the boys have thrown in the towel on this game.

Easiest schedule in baseball rest of the way.

What? Zavala and Seby are one in the same

Well this will put them officially 13 games under 500. Is the low point so far for the season 14 games under 500? C’mon boys you can pass that before you get to Oakland!

Yes, this would be their 8th time being 13 games under .500 this season, and the et have been 14 below twice.
