Nice throw from Quero nearly nailed the runner, but Popeye just missed the tag/ball. He scored from 2nd on a single two outs later. Barons down 1-0. Nice play from Popeye on the last out:

August 2, 20232 yr Inside the park HR was Tatum's fault. Should have been a single, tried to be a hero and it got by him. Birmingham's existing starters (now in the pen) have sucked all year. This is kinda why they've struggled all year.

August 3, 20232 yr Harris has walked both times up today. The first time, Park reached on a two base error and they both scored on a HR. The second time, Park followed with his first KCB hit, a soft liner to right center. Harris hustled 1st to 3rd, and later scored on a WP.
August 3, 20232 yr Jacob Gonzalez is going to have to close that stance some, I think. K on a FB away. That pitch is going to give him trouble.
