Spotrac has their luxury tax number at about $108M after this signing, about $128M under the luxury tax. Projected payroll at just under $93M. Doesn't sound very maxed out.

Doesn't sound very maxed out. Look at their payroll the last few years. They have a cheap owner who is going all in on analytics like Rays in order to have cheap payroll. Even last year was like 100m.
