Moncada is going to play 162 games next year and win MVP. They'll ask how and he'll just be like "[insert team]'s training staff identified a weird thing in how I run and fixed it."

And fixed his back and lack of stretching/flexibility too?  Maybe banning him from all long plane rides lol?

Thankfully the Sox pen has been fine without him...

Grandal is the worst catcher I have ever seen

Careful!!  He might end up back here.

Duke Ellis beat out Dominguez for a September call up with the Yankees.

Cristian Mena had his season cut short by a forearm strain at the end of July.

“Red Sox manager Alex Cora told reporters it’s likely RHP Liam Hendricks will be shut down for the rest of the season.
Hendricks had an MRI on his elbow after taking a break from pitching. Cora said the team will wait to hear from the doctors, but it’s likely Hendricks will be shut down. The 35-year-old was working his way back from Tommy John surgery, but might have to wait until next year to complete the comeback.”

I've heard a bunch of times in the last year how new techniques were supposed to cut the recovery time from this down from 16-18 months and I haven't seen it happen once yet.

Congratulations to Dylan Cease on 1000 career strikeouts.

Kopech has his swagger back.

Brebbia just got ripped for a homer by Edman pitching for the Braves.

And, Bummer got blasted in Monday's game versus LA.

Cease with a one hitter through 6 1/3 against Houston.

I would think Cubs fans would be upset since Cease was in their system.  As for Sox fans having good players = #MakeBirminghamBetter.

Sale Wheeler Cease basically three best in the NO right now

Chris Sale is going to the Hall of Fame. Do the Sox have to retire 49 for his five top-6 Cy’s and all-star appearances in a Sox uniform?

I believe they should retire his throwback jersey.
