Merkin for sure.  He’s already got the tweet mocked up and ready to go at 5:01pm to ensure we don’t hope for another 20 minutes that Getz is a serious GM.

Yeah, after the Fedde deal, no one is putting him on hold.

Also, the lack of activity shows just how awful Getz did this offseason acquiring flip candidates.  Fedde was great, but going 1/10 is bad, unless you’re Maldonado.

Getz gets a D for his offseason, only because of Fedde but he gets an F for the trade deadline for not maximizing the value of Fedde or any of the other flop candidates he acquired.
