I hope he wasn't asking them to help pick their replacements. Hopefully it was letting them know their services aren't needed after this season. 

Instead it was Jerry bragging about how he saved 15% on his car insurance.

Like anyone needs Columbo to figure this out.  JR had a search going and abandoned it to hire Getz.  JR is number 1.  Getz fugged up.  He's number 2.  Grifol may be a bozo, but he's number 3.

Be the White Sox. 
Get owner, Manager and GM together to "get to the bottom of this" 17 game losing streak.
Proceed to lose another 3 games in a row.
