Seems like real smoke Flus is gone in next day or two. Only question who wears the interim tag.

You can't have or be a combination of Bevington/Grifol as an NFL head coach and still keep the locker room at this point...it's dead man walking.

Bears could've beaten GB, Minny and Detroit with an above average HC. I can't blame the rookie, Flus should have called the TO, SMH

Postgame guys were saying that this should be a 7-8 win team right now and he is the reason that are not.  There is no more indicting comment than that, from people who have played the profession.

When you have to follow dabearsblog for ownership moves

But it means having to read his brain dead bears opinions

0.0% chance of that happening.

Jeanty is awesome but this is also a loaded RB class. Bears should consider it in round 2.

Sorry - bears should consider a RB in round 2. I doubt Jeanty is there obviously

And Eberflus survived. Unbelievable.

We literally have three game I can remember that we had a 95%, or higher, chance of winning, which the Bears lost.  Those games alone make this a 7 win team.  Pick a game like last week or this week , and that makes 8 without any real crazy "if only" type scenarios.

How has his ass not been fired yet?

RB shouldn’t be anywhere on their draft boards in the Top 4 rounds. Taking a RB is putting the final touches on a complete team, almost like using a 4th on a punter…when this team is dreadfully short on OL and DL, probably the two most important positions on the field after QB…that’s where all their attention should be. This is about the least complicated draft in recent memory for the Bears.

BARES LMAO

Flus lives at least one more day

I will state - the way they are set up from assistant perspective they don’t have many options. That is on Flus and Poles too.

They are just not a serious organization.

Couldn’t disagree more. You should take what drafts give you.

Lions showed this too. I do think if I were them I would focus on lines - move in draft where appropriate and use free agency. Interior fixes unless a stud lt prospect is there.

HOLY s%*# THEY FUCKING DID IT!

Who will interim be

By that logic, in the 2025 draft, if the Bears have pick 12, Pick 35 and pick 45, and the best three players on their draft board at each selection are WR’s, they should take all 3 WR?

There doesn’t have to be a hard and fast rule that you MUST either draft BPA or draft for need, it should be fluid. If the BPA at Pick 10 was a QB, that would be a mistake for the Bears, given their roster and where they are. There will be plenty of players with high draft grades that also fit a need for where the roster is weak

What prompted these? Was there other news this morning?

It’s Thomas Brown, which is a mistake, but it’s the Bears, so of course

He met the media at 9am CT and did his weekly post game presser the morning after.
