Nicky's acquisition to go with DeJong  as everyday players told Sox fans this season would be a disaster. Sox still haven't made one good move since the cursed move of letting Burger go.

To be fair, the Fedde, DeJong, and Grossman acquisitions were good because they got back a couple decent relievers for DeJong and Grossman.  However, Getz completely blew the Fedde signing by trading him for Vargas.

Yeah it was a great offseason signing torn down with what they got back.
