  • And when he gave up 5 home runs in 50 innings in August that was a symptom of them having overworked him in the first half. He’s fresher in September because they eased up on the accelerator.

I know why u bunt but if u are playing the Sox and are the Pads why bunt? Two on none out. Eventually you'll get the winning hit.

Cronenworth always battles hard against lefties.

Need a DP.

Bunting clinic here.

Wild pitch would be fitting, lol.

Once again, lmao

Braves' loss almost makes it impossible but this is second traumatic game for Suarez against AL Central.

Padres win these games 85% of the time this season, though.

Hate to see Braves almost out of it because of Sale.

D'Backs and Cubs lost series to the Rockies.

Wow. Good game. I wonder why I want the Sox to lose. Habit I guess. Sox made a good move putting in the lefty against all those lefties.

Well that was different.

Fun, but how fast will the Padres score a run?

Well then…

Even if they lose consider it a moral victory.

But I was told Crochet wouldn’t have helped a playoff team in a couple weeks and that he’s been bad since the trade deadline anyways. 4 innings, 1 hit, 8 strikeouts against one of the best hitting playoff teams in late September seems pretty good. I wonder how well he would do if he wasn’t tired and fading.

Mainly because you kept making up scenarios that he didn't want to pitch like a extended rest then coming back or pitching in relief. He been pitching once a week and its been a mixed bag of results. But you seem to think he has to do as hes told when he's way beyond thresholds that it's nearly impossible to be effective.

You're really saying any way you pitch him including well into October and he'd automatically do well in a situation you're forcing him into.

You're all over the place. Basically you're saying you're under contract and you will pitch when and where we want you to because we own you now go out there and do your fucking job,  risk your whole future or ruin your next 2 seasons that we have you because we can't win a world series this year without abusing you. It's not like you're on Crochet's side here.

Was it even close at home?

No, Fletcher is not a major league hitter

Ok, now it’s 118.

Again, why is Lopez still getting at bats

3 straight innings Sox  couldnt score the ghost runner and game over by old buddy Tatis.

Tatis????? LOL. What an organization. What a joke. Another guy who coulda made us a WINNER. Bunch of stiffs.

Sizemore makes some really awful decisions.

Of course it had to be Tatis.

Fantasy playoffs w Musgrove and Suarez...facing Ohtani of all weeks lol.

I thought it was hilarious Grady played for one run when the Padres had the middle of the order up.  He’s just as bad as Pedro.

Anderson should be nowhere near a big league roster.

Against their worst reliever no less.

Or Kuhl.  One of those two.

Tatis looked hitterish and like he cared. Robert ... me no likey his last at bat. Losing 120 games will be epic if it happens.

Cause he's from Naperville.
