Nastrini walks the leadoff batter on four pitches.

Pitch 6 was his first strike (and was a bad call) and is only throwing 91.

Nastrini promptly gives up a two run dong, tie game on a big loopy curve

He's 26 pitches into the first with two walks and two K's. Fastball around 92. Bullpen already warming.

He's up to four walks in the first, bases loaded.

Five walks. Nastrini pulled, lasts 2/3 of an inning. Dalton Roach in. He looked like you think he did.

This game started about forty minutes ago and five outs have been recorded. The pitching is work to watch.

 

EDIT: Roach finally gets a K. We are on to the second, mercifully.

There have been six combined runs on two hits so far. Rodriguez in out of the pen.

Zavala’s been hitting the ball hard for the last two weeks. He killed a double yesterday. Hopefully he can get on a roll here cuz the D is legit.
