BamaDoc
https://www.mlb.com/prospects/stats/affiliates?teamId=145&date=05/20/2025 https://www.milb.com/scores/all/all/whitesox Gowens for AA. Good in last start. Brizuela A. Everyone else is TBD right now.
Jake
If Gowens can have a nice little run of starts, I bet he goes to AAA. Seems to me that he's got a chance to make it. He's been extremely consistent across levels at generating strikeouts and limiting the walks. Would like to see how he does at the AAA level where he'd finally be age-appropriate and he'd see some serious punishment for giving up hard contact. I think he's had some tough breaks in AA this year that make the ERA inflated relative to what he deserves.
GreenSox
I see Dane Dunning gets the call for Round Rock v. the Knights I didn't know they had interleague play in AAA. If they called up Palette, he'd be the best reliever in our pen right now.

Autumn Dreamin
McDougal hitting 100 for at least the second start in a row, but left this one after 2IP due to some long ABs. Perez go ahead 3R homer for #10 on the season. Made a run saving defensive play at 2B earlier. Zavala quietly with a .825 OPS in May coming into tonight (1-2 with a RBI so far).

Autumn Dreamin
Probably a double if he didn't think it was gone off the bat. He got pinch run for right after in what was possibly a disciplinary move.

Jake
Far too early to say whether Colson has turned the corner towards a MLB promotion, but I think it's fair to say that his trip to Arizona changed something for the better. On one hand, the bar was set very low by his early season play. On the other hand, there's no doubt other things were being tried to get him to snap out of it and they weren't working. Nice job to those involved in the unorthodox decisionmaking.
Timmy U
This is the outcome I was hoping for with Colson. I thought they should send him to AZ to figure out both swing and approach. Hope he keeps it up. Nice to see Zavala hitting it hard as well.

Jake
I do feel like having the guy absolutely blow it out in 1 inning outings may not be *that* much easier on his arm than short, well-paced starts
Harold's Leg Lift
That's a reliever if there ever was one.
Jerksticks
Maybe we get Colson & Pallette up in June, followed by Taylor & Braden in the second half? Add some Teel figuring it out and we’re not the worst MLB roster headed into 26?
GreenSox
Jared Kelly looks like he's born-again hard in the Birmingham pen. Palette, Dalquist, Kelly....Taylor, too, although I hope he stays in the rotation.

Maybe earlier for Colson if he continues this improvement.
