Reminiscent of Dylan Cease running up those high pitch counts, but 6 innings is fine considering how many innings he's already thrown this year compared to last (94 1/3). Our pen is so bad we need to get every inning possible. That said, agree that if he clearly doesn't have it next inning Will needs to be on it quick and not let them tie it. A couple-three weeks ago he made a Viva La Brooksie play, fielded the ball in foul territory and threw the runner out on the fly. Now he skips a rock across the grass that the runner beats.
