June 12, 2025Jun 12 Main 2024 international signing Eduardo Herrera (signed for $1.8m as a third baseman but playing mainly first this year) had a disappointing first season in the DSL, hitting just .197/.323/.250. However he was 4-4 with 2 HR today and is now hitting a ridiculous .438/.690/.1000 for 2025 over 29 PA.

I was looking at the Barons Gameday on MILB.com today and Schultz had at least two walks than should have been strikeouts according to the pitch tracker. It appears minor league umps are awful. So that’s something to take into consideration when looking at his walk totals.
