How bad was Pedro Grifol.

This team is showing that even bad baseball teams will win 60 games by default as Hawk taught us.

Remember when he didn't want to go see the eclipse because he was....doing something?

It’s summer in Florida, after 32 years in Florida you get used to it. Summer in Florida is way better than winter in Chicago.

I know it's a personal preference thing, but I am much happier complaining about the heat than the cold.

Mighty: I was a snowbird for many years just north of Bradinton and we went north via 75 or west via Sunshine and neither were much of a problem.  Back home I went to Fenway and it was always a tough commute and parking was an adventure. Florida residents, in general, St. Pete or Tampa  don't seem to be die-hard fans but more of  casual fans. Weird they really have attached themselves to the hockey team though. That is my take but the Rays have been pretty competitive for many years but have a bunch of reasons why mans don't attend. I think Nashville may eventually be their landing spot.

The new owner is from Jacksonville and wants a new stadium in Tampa.

I agree coming from SW Florida to the Trop on I-75 and the Skyway Bridge was always an easy 90 minutes door to door, If they build a new stadium near Amalie it would add on another half hour to the trip.
