These lefty relievers are hilariously bad.  Venable also really sucks at his job.

  • I count 8 players who played in tonight's game alone who should be nowhere near the 40-man roster come December. And of course there are several more on the 26-man.  Just a stunningly thin roster

What a great bullpen.

Dodgers' 6th lefties in pen far better than Sox first

Scott Banda Vesia Dreyer Kershaw and Wrobleski...

Correct on both counts.  Sox fans are so tired of seeing our starters pitch well, and then the bullpen just give games away.

It's such a drag. I am turning this game off which is unfortunate  for someone who loves watching the Sox.

Could have been a double play if Mead fields it!

C.Montgomery ending his season with a strong run...thankfully.

Colson looks great.  Meidroth and Quero have collapsed down the stretch.

sheesh, at least get in a run down, let Quero get to second.

Colson, the play was right in front of you, get your head out of your ass.

Quero needed to hit the ball to the right side.

Seen that half-inning a time or 2 this season....

Bringing back memories of useless Keppinger.

I like Teel but he can’t hit lefties.

Yankees have to win with combo no hitter in Toronto vs. Boston.

Mets all over Cubs again.

At least the other catcher can

Nice catch by whoever the f*** that is in rightfield.

Teel is horrible at blocking balls in the dirt.

That was the centerfielder Derek Hill, picked him up from the Marlins.

Getz getz more of the blame.  He didn’t give Venable any good lefty reliever options.  But yes, Venable is still awful at bullpen management.

Honestly, other than being much better with the media, I still don’t see how Venable is much better than Grifol.  His lineups and bullpen management are both questionable.  He’s about to lose 100+ games.  He just doesn’t sound like a complete and utter jackass like Mr. “Just Flush It” when a mic is put in front of his face.  Venable hasn’t proven sh!t thus far.

Watching Gilbert pitch is excruciating.

It’s honestly pathetic that a 100 loss team has intentionally walked Judge so many times in a 3 game series.

Did you want him to hit 5 homers in this series?  🤣

Name one lefty in the bullpen the Sox should not immediately release at the end of the season. Maybe Ellard?

Gilbert with a ton of non-competitive pitches.

Obviously doesn’t trust his stuff.
