  • These lefty relievers are hilariously bad.  Venable also really sucks at his job.

  • I count 8 players who played in tonight's game alone who should be nowhere near the 40-man roster come December. And of course there are several more on the 26-man.  Just a stunningly thin roster

  • Vaunted Sox bullpen ... making its presence felt again.

Did you want him to hit 5 homers in this series?  🤣

I mean kind of.  When your team is absolute hot garbage and losing these games anyways I’d rather see a great player have a chance to be great.

Is there any reliever on this team that doesn’t walk the first batter he faces?

How many old bad lefty relievers did our jabroni of a GM trade prospects for?

So was Curtis Meadiocre a Getz acquisition or will he just throw Josh Barfield under the bus for it again like the Dominic Fletcher acquisition?

Hopefully he continues to pitch well overall.  If he sucks, his nickname will be so easy.  Unfortunately, it will be a well-known feminine hygiene product.

There are maybe 8-9 guys on this roster that have a chance to be close to better than average

Okay, I’ll give Vargas some props.  He drilled that fucker.  Unlucky out.

WestEddy said the White Sox were better positioned entering this season than the Padres...I guess if the goal is saving money on payroll and avoiding the postseason, that's pretty accurate.

Playing Fletcher Julks Hill over Baldwin is an interesting choice.

Granted Rodon is a tough lefty.

But none of those three are future Sox players, along with Robertson, this year's DeLoach.

Dude, if you're going to name check me, at least make a passing effort at making sense.

Predicting success for any of these bums that Getz acquires is just hoping for the best at this point.  They aren’t spending any money, so we are banking on Getz and his staff to identify cheap young players that could develop into something.  They seem to be pretty good on the pitching side, but I have zero faith in them on the offensive side.

Haha, please do your 26-man analysis.  🤮

GreenSox, your posts have truly been an evolution of the true White Sox fan.  From positive and excited about young talent, to seeing some progress but not enough, to watching year after year of 100+ losses seasons, to ultimately realizing that Jerry isn’t spending sh!t on this team until he finally sells it to Ishbia after the 2029 season.

You sir, are a realist.  I have watched both @Look at Ray Ray Run and @JUSTgottaBELIEVE undergo this transformation (IMHO at least) and I have way more respect for them now than when I wrongly assumed that they were simply White Sox homers.  Now, I make sure to read every one of their posts.

They must have the worst statistical record for outfield play since the end of 2023...

I call ‘em like I see ‘em.  Disappointed in 100 losses; and really PO’d at Getz’ lackluster effort at the deadline.  Not as pessimistic as most, however.

You definitely nailed the MEADiocre acquisition from the start.

Will has not really done a good job showing anything going into next year. Not impressed with his style.

That's now 11 losses in the last 12 games. So much for second half momentum. 😆
