Seems to me that Getz prioritizes approach very highly in his acquisitions, perhaps because he (rightly) thinks it is hard to develop.

Lebron has louder tools, period. Lebron is rocking a 16.7% k-rate so far this year. If he stays around that in conference play, his k numbers will be pretty much in line.
