I think he’s a very good prospect, but I also think more advanced pitching will eat him alive if he isn’t able to adjust.

They haven't been as good this year, but he's hitting a home run every other game, literally. He's being more aggressive and it shows based on his K% and good slugging. But the K rate is up nearly 50% so as I see it, it's currently at a rate that you can't safely promote him. Just for reference, Joey Gallo struck out less than this in high-A as a 20 year old. So I want to see Caleb show some real mastery of this low level of pitching so he doesn't risk getting overwhelmed later.

You say you want him to show real mastery over low level pitching, but he has a 187 WRC+. If it ain’t broke, hard for you to convince him to break it. Send him to AA where pitchers will be able to land more offspeed on the outside corner and see if he goes to the opposite field more often. It’s always gonna be a pull heavy approach like Bregman or Paredes, but he went to right more last year. He prioritized power in the offseason and so far he’s being rewarded.

Sunday at 05:34 PM4 days I've only seen a few WS games, but it was obvious they were pitching around Bonemer. He probably swung at every first pitch trying to catch an early count fastball. I'm actually kinda of surprised his walk rate is this high as he seems to swing early and fall behind in each AB.

This is exactly what I was thinking. He's hitting a home run every other game. Sure l are they really going to have him focus on being less aggressive when he's destroying A+? Call him up to AA already. Seems pretty clear A+ isn't much of a challenge for him.
