17 hours ago17 hr It seems like the host hasn't updated on all the DNS servers. Been awhile since I had to admin a website that's my best guess. try a public DNS like 4.2.2.1 or similar just google how to set it, AI is really good for IT answers.

The more information that is shared here may help others troubleshoot their own issue.Because from what I was experiencing on Verizon cellular data on my iPhone, the site simply wouldn’t load AT ALL. It wasn’t just infrequent site load failures or errors, but it simply wouldn’t load the page ever since the site upgrade. That’s been my issue as well.

Server company has been worthless but something is wrong that host isn’t picking up on Verizon (or other carriers using Verizon)

And since you can’t really easily manually change the DNS servers that your cell phone data is using like you can when on WiFi, I just spent $3 bucks to buy this DNS Override app to force the cellular DNS to 1.1.1.1 on my iPhone. Soxtalk works like a champ now on my iPhone data which is on an Xfinity Wireless plan that ultimately uses the Verizon cellular network. The video below shows how to do it.It is easily done. Send me that three dollars next time instead

6 hours ago6 hr This is why Greg hasn't been able to post here either. it's not the same here without him. Hope we can get it fixed. I'm assuming that's why we are missing some other great posters. Haven't seen ptatc since this started happening. Edited 6 hours ago6 hr by ron883

The server company did some upgrade without my knowledge and after that the site went down and DNS and settings were messed up (none of which I had changed). Hard part is I don’t know what they did cause they did it without my permission and over time I was able to back end a solution to get this thing up - as server company who messed it all up failed and failed and failed…and never was able to revert or even tell me what they did. Has been very frustrating - don’t know what else to do - and I caveat I am clearly not a web guru. Been way too long since I did this stuff.

Been way too long since I did this stuff.Strange stuff man - I’ve very rarely came across a situation where a website loads dependent on device type. It’s hard to deduce what the solution is without having access to see what “backend” solution you hacked together to make it work and it’s also hard to tell without having more insight into the company providing your hosting. We could just pull down the database, the codebase, and migrate to an on-demand cloud service like Railway.Otherwise, if you want to give me more insight privately, I may be able to help out overcome your current frustrations.
