Fletcher vs. McCarthy lol?

Still think Carlos Rodriguez is much more experienced/valuable overall.

How do you even emulate the DBacks?

  • These are always the most fun teams to watch, and it’s true in every sport. It’s usually only a few ingredients needed: Team has been bad the last few seasons Get a group of prospects playing togethe

ESPN noticed us 🥹

For now! Fully expecting a future feature on "most surprisingly playoff teams of 2026" to somehow not mention the (White) Sox though.

I knew it was a nod to Kawasaki. I had to pull up that interview from 10 years ago earlier today haha

Other than media attention, it feels like every baseball fan is adopting us as their #2 team, or most wanted team to win this year. So many good stories its hard not to be a fan.

It's wild to me that it hasn't even been five years since the White Sox were so bad that some great White Sox media talent was let go (James Fegan, Vinnie Duber, Herb Lawrence, etc.) and other outlets were beginning to suffer.

Now all of the above dudes are back (Vinnie is covering the Cubs, but he stayed local) in some capacity. The core online publications like Sox Machine and FutureSox are drawing in more and growing. Every sports network and personality with a social media platform is re-publishing Mune and Vasil content the second they can download it.

Even Sean Burke's "ghost family" has become famous, not to mention Meidroth and Fedde.

But can't they at least have the game on TBS or TNT instead of Tru???
