And for entry level jobs, both recent HS grads and college grads, the ability to speak to adults as an adult for high on their list. Basically there isn't much more to go on.

I can not tell you how true this is, even worse now than just 5 years ago. When I was hired.. they wanted to see my degree, and I had to take several skills tests. FINALLY he pitched a clutch game, striking out 5 of 6 batters he faced. If this Damasso is back (knocking on wood), and you got Shingo closing and Cotts as a lefty specialist.... All Sox need is Urbina at the ASB (will cost you a couple of low-level prospects), and Sox bullpen will be one of the best in the majors.
