Tonight's game

Sold out.

Tomorrow: 25k+ already sold

Monday: 32k+ already sold

Tuesday and Wednesday: 30k+ already sold

Slowly but surely....the tide is shifting!

It sure is great to see. :)

All the "chicago" fans have turned our way after all the preseason cub hype....I'll take their butts in our seats any day of the week :) as long as there is room for me in the cell

So it just takes another trade for Everett, and a few implosions by Zambrano, Hawkins, and co for us to get popular again?

Works for me :)

But Mariotti said the the cell is a hell hole, I don't get it. :huh

While I'm at it :fyou Mariotti.

Has the attendence been gradually increasing or what? I haven't noticed I guess since I don't get to watch a lot of games.

Gradually, no, more so like sky rocketing compared to what the normal average is.

Well, you know, it's good to go to a ballpark where the concrete is falling all around you. I've been waiting since 1988 to say this about Wrigley. (1988 was when old Comiskey started to crumble, or at least they started talking about it.)

Why has it increased that much though? I'm glad it has and all, but it never really did when the Sox were contending in previous years.

Ozzie has brought in a great attitude, cubs are falling back so we are getting more attention and this year we have a pretty nice record unlike in the past when we were contending. Usually we would be over .500 by just two or three games, that is not the case anymore.

Yeah that does make sense. I was just surprised by how many people already have bought tickets for the upcoming games also. But I guess it is Minnesota so that'll sell more. But still, great job by selling tickets Sox. Keep it up.

i'm going tuesday for my birthday...its a day after my real birthday, but only day my bro could take off work early...I look forward to being around numerous sox fans.

We are 10 games above .500 and back in 1st place where we belong! :headbang

It's about US!

:usa 10 games over is the most all year I believe.

Yoda, how's good old Mace Windu doing? :usa

I'd also say that new marketing director Brooks Boyer has a little bit to do with it. He's really embraced what us Sox fans are all about, from the comercials, to the new entrance. But then again - probably the biggest reason is just plain winning.

Are you sure there are already 30 for Tuesday's game? Hawk said 20 tonight during the broadcast.

Yeah come to think of it, I think I heard 20 also.

Vs the sametime last year attendance is up about 4000 per game, and 110,000 more people than last year.

Whatever it takes.

It probably is 20, with a tons of walkups seeing as how it is a Pepsi half price night. I figure to see this game sold out, too.

Correct. This is the first time all season we are about .500 by 10 games. :headbang

The most shocking ( and terrific ) number I heard was 29K already sold for Wednesday's afternoon game!!!

It's GREAT to not have the stupid attendance argument lately!

Last night's attendance ended up being 39,055. It was friggen' sweet.
