So what, he doesn't like people going ape s*** over rumors and all the :fyou going on at Williams, etc. - over something that hasn't even been done and is just a rumor coming out of the NY Post.

done with what? the trade? I don't think they will make the trade unless its just for konerko. I do think they will try to get AJ and most likely get him. If they get vasquez for Koenrko I am ok with that. Keep everyone else.

I totally hate the Carlos Lee deal, I hated the Ritchie move, and I've disliked a lot of other, smaller moves that this organization has made (signing Timo Perez :puke ).

Like getting the whole RJ trade done. Physicals, extensions, no trade clauses, etc. That takes time. We are now bumping up against Xmas and then New Years. That's why I say anything re: Konerko would be january unless they have something else in the hopper ... which I doubt.

On Pierzynski, if they get him they need to keep Davis as well. That is if they're interested in winning. You have lots of people high on Jamie Burke, he is a good organizational guy, a depth guy. That's it. A 25th man.

 

I think the Pierzynski thing is 50/50. There is some bad blood with the White Sox and he's apparantly cleared waivers. If other teams offer him a decent deal he may not want to deal with all the White Sox politics, particularly a clubhouse where he's already in a hole. You know what I'm sayin'.

Just because someone calls you on all the b****ing it doesn't mean they're some head-in-the-sand optimist ... even though that's the normal knee jerk reaction for people who tend to b**** a lot.

I think the dodgers are losing it. They are in disaray. if they want pitching, just sign perez or keep javy. Makes no sense. THe AJ thing will probably happen. My opinion. Despite his attitude, he is a gamer. I think he is getting the message that he needs to change. He will get less this year. I think he will change a bit.
