December 31, 200421 yr YEA! I can finally post this! We registered the board with invision today. Therefore, sometime in the next week, for certain, there will be a period that the site is down, and it should not be for a long period of time as we upgrade the board to the latest version. It's got some really cool features that I think many of you will like, IGNORE being one of them. If I get a definite time, I will certainly post it, but I at least wanted to let you all know that this would be taking place real shortly! Have a wonderful New Year's everyone, and be safe! Kap

December 31, 200421 yr Yep, pretty soon this board will have a little different look. It should be a bit quicker as well and a little more capable of handling the higher traffic. Also the search function should be restored fully and hopefully some of the statistics as well with the new version. Right now the db is too huge for it to work.

I had noticed the search function wasn't working, but just now I tried one in SL&P and it worked.

Yea, it probably is a great feature for a lot of people, because there are certain people that have a tendency to grate peoplt the wrong way. Kip, sometimes the search works and sometimes it doesn't. I think a lot of it is depending on the traffic, at least that is the pattern I have noticed. We'll see how it works with the new version soon.

Seriously I doubt every body is just going to go all ignore happy. I know I've posted some stupid s*** in the past but I have calmed down alot since I first started posting. As long as we don't post anything stupid from now on we should be fine...

I can think of a couple examples of two people who get along with everyone else but each other. I think everyone benefits if they are not sniping at each other's posts.
