I'd go Illini, even though I want both damnit!

Illinois man this team is unlike anyteam i have ever seen they play all heart and they are danm good at basketball also i dont evan honestly think the bulls will make the playoff there on and off all season

The loophole is....they can still lose a game and win the NCAA Tourney..... Haha! I go for a Bulls run DEEP into the playoffs.

We (Bulls) fans have had our good times -- hell, we Sox fans ask for one World Series Title, the Bulls gave us six.

 

I think it would be great around here to get a little pride as far as our sports teams go, and a collegiate team winning it all would be a great start.

20-7 in January and February, 20-9 since the beginning of January.

 

Doesn't look on and off to me. Looks like they were off at the beginning of the year, and have since gelled.

And Go Bulls. In the end I'll be rooting for the Illini because as an Iowa fan I'm a big ten fan and if the Hawks are gonna suck I'd at least like to be able to say the winner of there conference (and a team Iowa took to OT) ended up winning it all.

 

Of course I'm sticking with my preseason pick of UNC. I Remember picking them right after they kicked the piss out of the Hawkeyes (back when they were actually a legit squad...freaking Alford).

I am a bit burned out by the NBA, so go Illini. An unbeaten record would be very cool and good for college basketball. It will be interesting to see how the brackets shape up.

I have no problem with Illinois winning it all, but I kind of hope Indiana can still say it had the last undefeated season after it's over.

agreed. the NBA just doesn't interest me.

i have much more interest and passion with the Illini now so I would definitely take that any day of the week

I've always hated Illinois. I see no reason to call this sour grapes, but then again you just assume that to make yourself and your team sound better.
