May 20, 200520 yr Stormed the weather and went into Wrigley Field. Those guys made their presence known. Every five minutes it seemed that were chanting a pro-Sox chant, and the stupid Cub fans just sat there and listened!
May 20, 200520 yr I loved the Paulie chants that went on in the AB where he had the RBI single. Hell I heard more Sox chants than Cub chants today. It pumped me up.
May 20, 200520 yr Considering the Cub fans know their team stinks compared to ours, I expected not much shouting from Cub fans anyways Yet, a lot of work still to be done. I want one more win at least before we get out of there and I definitely want to win the series at the Cell too
May 20, 200520 yr That was awesome, even when the Cubs were better than the Sox, we never let them out chant us. Everytime they would start something, we would drown them out.

May 20, 200520 yr Cub fans are pretty lame. I was wearing a Sox hat and sweatshirt, and the only thing said to me, and said at least 25 times was "Sox suck". I just laugh at them and it pissed them off. Every stand outside the Urinal sells Sox Suck shirts, and there must be 50 people hawking SUX shirts around the outside of that park. I thought the Cubs fans didn't even think about the Sox. Aren't Sox fans supposed to be obsessed with the Cubs?
May 21, 200520 yr I was at the game today. Cubs fans easily outnumbered us 5-1, but we brought the noise. What were those cub fans supposed to cheer about today? We were right behind the plate, but underneath the 2nd deck, so we had no sun and the wind was blowing right at us. It felt like 30 degrees. This was my first wrigley visit ever too. I gotta say, the backdrop is beautiful. The experience, however, is alot better at the cell. Lots more room, more fan-oriented. What a great day.
May 21, 200520 yr I watched the game on both WGN 9 AND Comcast and damn, the Sox fans were loud! Props to them! Edited May 21, 200520 yr by Jabroni

May 21, 200520 yr I respect your opinion, to each his own. I've been to Wrigley a few times and happen to think that the view beyond the outfield is pretty ugly. THose buildings are looking dated, kinda cheesy 70's architecture. Compared to the backdrops at some of the newer parks, Wrigley is not even in the top 10. I wish the Cell's outfield backdrop was our beautiful downtown skyline. It's the only thing I'd change.

Makes sense then, I was in 216. I went on a bus trip of 50 people and I was one of 8 Sox fans as opposed to the rest Pinhead fans. Oh, what a glorious day.
