Politte is 2-0 in this series.

I'd hate to think about where we would be without Politte.

The thing is that Cliff and Shingo have pretty much just swapped roles.

How is politte's 1.2 million dollar option for next year looking?

Bill Melton raised a good point... We did just see the reason that we didn't want to bring in Hermanson and pitch to Erstad last night.

Which was?

His lead off double, which ended up as the trying run tonight.

Ozzie also said he thinks Garcia just had a cramp and should be ready for his next start FWIW.

I'm really sick of the White Sox treating Erstad like the .340 hitter he used to be. He is a .265 hitter with little power against the rest of the league. Quit trying to be so pretty against the guy, and you'll get him out.

Pitching him in is basically the key.

just got back from the game Dye is awsome with the walk off homerun and the diving catch :gosox3:

I haven't read any of the thread so I don't know if this has been mentioned, but did anyone notice that the kid who caught the homerun ball in the 9th was wearing a Kerry Wood jersey? Just thought that was amusing.
