He is healthy. He just had some fine tuning to do with his mechanics and getting used to pitching again. Hopefully he is ready to go tonight!

Should have sent Heath Phillips up, he was on schedule and dominating AA since he got demoted. Of course he ended up getting rocked last night too.

Has Jim been in the rotation since he got back from injury? Maybe they didn't want to disrupt the Bham rotation??

Yes. He pitched June 10th when he came back from the DL and got rocked (1.2 IP, 8 R) in support of Sean Tracey, who also got rocked on that day. Then on the 16th he started, going 3.2 IP and giving up 5 runs.
