YES, without a doubt. Especially in situations with runners on base, you have to protect no matter what. BTW, these aren't close pitches. Most of them have had the entire plate.

really? i can't think of any play that should have been easy that he's misplayed. He doesn't get the hard ones, but that's why he's not in centerfield.

His offense has been nice but his D has been completely brutal. I don't know what you are seeing.
