This is a list of every player in baseball history ever to be duped by the hidden ball trick. Our Ozzie is on the list three times.

Just like the one that the Marlins pulled last night.

Notice a lot of the Hidden ball tricks pulled off in the last 10 years were pulled off by pretty good players. (Mike Lowell 2, J.T. Snow, Rafeal Palmeiro, Matt Williams 2, Robin & Ray, Eric Karros, Vinny Castilla)

I'm shocked how often this has actually happened...but last night was the first time since 1999.

I thought they said Lowell did it just last year?

Seriously, I think you could successfully pull that trick off at least 1-2 times per year right now, just because it's done so rarely any more.

Oops...I was thinking the last one it listed was last night's...but it was last years....ok, prior to last year (Lowell), it hadn't happened since 1999.

Because this didn't happen to the Cubs.

I only saw the end of it, apparently he didn't just fool the runner on 3rd.

Or a-rod hip checking a baseball in play? Gotta love the double standard.

According to Skip Bayless the hidden ball trick is bush league. He went on to say good players like Jeter would never try it.

Matt Williams and George Brett have also pulled off the hidden ball trick in recent years, would Skip call them good players?

Is everybody just missing the fact that our manager got fooled by the hidden ball trick 3 f***ing times?

That's pathetic...

Anyone would pull that off if they could whenever they needed a big out. He's just pissed one of his players didn't pull it off.

Sounds like he did it himself a few times too
