i think orton has a shot at the NFL. looks like he'll get some playing time because you know hutchison isn't going to stay healthy all year.

Its just gonna be another year of the QB carousel starting with Hutchinson im sure

3-4 Months:  It's Official.

Picking 1st, the Chicago Bears select Matt Lienart QB USC.

 

In 2008 We'll be picking some other QB, I say we draft Peterson #1, trade Muhammed and all the otehr WR's for some good bulldozer OL and never pass the ball agian.

Without a passing game, they sure as hell won't have a running game. Hopefully the O line is healthy enough to give Muhammed sometime to catch the ball, otherwise this could be a 3 or 4 win team.

Benson needs to sign, and quick.

 

We just went from a closer-to-half-and-half pass/run team, to a run heavy, pass less team. We're going to need 40-50 carries PER GAME from our HBs, and it'd be nice to run Jones for 20, Benson for 20, and even Peterson for some.

Benson may need to get 30 and Jones may need 20. And htats game by game. In order for us to win we will ahve to lead the NFL Rushing. We will lead the league in carries though, I can guaruntee that.

This really sucks, Grossman looks good but he cant stay healthy. Bears season is over already. Great job by the bears not signing a veteran bcoz they dont want a QB controversy, that's stupid.

The defense has to stay healthy, otherwise this is the same zero offense team from last year.

If we have a great one, I don't think it's gonna make a HUGE difference if it's Orton/Grossman in the backfield, 'cause both of 'em can make passes when they have time.

Jerry Angelo's status as a GM must be hanging be a thread right now. How the hell do you not get a veteran backup for Grossman with all of the injuries he's had?

 

Chad Hutchison is terrible. He will not last a whole season. And then they're probably going to chuck Orton into the fire before he's ready.
