No way he's ready to be a starter yet, in fact Tony Romo is now the back-up, and Parcells is also possibly looking for a veteran back-up. Rivers will cost you a 1st and probably something more, plus the Chargers take an enormous cap hit if they trade him, not gonna happen. Kitna well it'd have to be a real good deal for the Bengals to part with him (I'm talkin at least a 1st day draft choice here), since Palmer could get injured at some point.
