I didn't see today's, but I've seen a few others that just completely fall off the table.

Maybe the umps did us a favor. If that had made the correct call, the guy could have parked the next pitch over the plastic for a 2-1 win. You never know. Glad you guys kept the updates coming. Gameday crapped out in the top of the tenth. This is a great day.

First-base umpire Marty Foster made the ruling on the line drive, and replays appeared to show he made the right call.

He offered (bunted) at the pitch, which is the same as swinging at the pitch. After you swing at a pitch, it doesn't matter if it hits you or not, its a strike. It was the right call.

Ozuna was in the game only because Joe Crede was hurt two pitches earlier while trying to lay down a bunt. Timo Perez followed with a single to left, driving in the game-winning run.
