I've been staying away from this gt all day, but did Uribe have a play on the guy going to 3rd base there?  Help us out for those that can't watch this amazing game.

The runner was past Uribe, it was close, but the correct play.

Days like yesterday and today make me glad that I lowered my expectations to zero for this team. Downright awful. :headshake

It would have been a close play. Not worth the risk throwing it to third.

game over

I'm so glad I wasn't able to get playoff tickets today.  What a waste of money that would have been.

Those would've been collector's items.

No sure thing. Would have had to be a pin point throw with a good tag. He was off and running on contact since it was a 3-2 pitch.

What's Hawk's reaction today?

Good call Oz. Leave Buehrle in there JUST long enough to get the loss. My hero.

wow, losing another series to the Royals huh, with our"ace" on the mound? Pathetic.

I don't think the Sox are going to let this one get away, I really don't. They're hitting the ball too well. Seriously, I think they're going to put up a crooked number in the 8th.

Where would he play?

It is also looking like a good thing that I decided to cancel my trip to Cleveland for the final series of the year and go to homecoming with my girlfriend. That would have sucked to be in Cleveland when the Indians made the unreal comeback to take the division from us if that were to happen.

Cleveland is really enjoying their off-day. They're probably laughing their asses off at their pathetic competition.

Bets on us swinging for the fences the next two innings?

They sure better.......

Santana and Radke waiting on Saturday and Sunday.

this is going to be the biggest gag in the history of baseball.

If we choke this away and we better nont hear Ozzie, Buehrle or one friggin player b**** even once next year about attendance because it will be a morgue there after they piss this away.

Green?

What's the score?

What's the score?

3-2 KC one out bottom of the 7th

Remember that "if we play .500" the rest of the year. Playing .500 sounds like a great record at this point.

What's the score?

3-2, the 1926 Yankees are winning.

3-2 Royals
