And most of them were on days where it was definitely pitching weather. Remember that start in Cleveland where Garcia would have allowed 10 homers if not for the wind blowing in? He had similar stuff to what he has tonight.

Why pitch Viz against the Indians, he throw so many balls with that slider and the Indians are a very patient team.  Baj is a guy they haven't seen before and at least he will go right after them and pitch them inside.
